Disappointing, property was very run down. Positive: Location and sheets and towels were good quality. Negative: The property is in desperate need of an overhaul. Bathroom is really old and dreadful, the whole property smelt strongly of stale cooking smells and the kitchen needs a refurb.

A great stay. Excellent location to one of NZ’s best beaches to relax on. Relaxed accommodation. Close to many good walk routes. Comfortable beds and unit size for a family. Enjoyed the BBQ facilities also. Nice and easy.

Great spot. This is a good option for a smaller holiday home if you are travelling as a couple/small family, as most Positive: We travelled with a baby and this place was ideal. Great location, a couple minutes walk to the beach. Comfortable bed, heat pump/AC worked well to keep a consistent temperature overnight. Just enough space to fit our bedside co-sleeper next to the bed. Great communication from Nicki, with a direct phone number if required.
